Professional service fee
A refund request for the professional fee may be considered only before work has started. Work is considered started when document review, consultation beyond the initial enquiry, name search, drafting, account creation, Digital Signature processing, form preparation or submission activity begins.
Non-refundable amounts
Government fees, stamp duty, payment-gateway charges and amounts paid to third parties are non-refundable once paid or committed. Professional fees are not refundable after work has started.
Authority rejection or delay
A refund is not automatically due because an authority rejects, queries or delays an application, particularly where the decision concerns name availability, document sufficiency, eligibility, policy, technical issues or information provided by the client.
How to request
Send a written request to info@companiesexpert.com with your name, mobile number, payment reference and reason. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
