Companies Expert is a private consultancy that provides professional assistance with business-registration applications. We are not a government department and do not issue certificates, licences, PAN, TAN, DIN or approvals.
Fees
The displayed ₹1,499 is the professional fee for the described assistance package unless a written quotation states otherwise. Government fees, stamp duty, Digital Signature Certificate charges where applicable, notarisation, courier charges and other statutory or third-party expenses are additional.
Client responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate and lawful information and documents. You are responsible for reviewing forms and confirming details before submission. Delays or rejection caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information may require additional work or charges.
Timelines and approvals
Any stated timeline is an estimate, not a guarantee. Processing depends on document readiness, name availability, authority workload, portal availability, queries and the discretion of the relevant authority.

Limitation
We will provide the agreed assistance with reasonable professional care. We are not liable for authority decisions, portal outages, third-party delays, name rejection, policy changes or consequences arising from inaccurate client information.
